Accommodation Rules in Hotel «Evropa»

To do this, let us give a brief information about the Hotel «Evropa» and its Rules:
Accomodation Rules in Hotel «Evropa» are developed on the basis of the Law of the Russian Federation «Consumer Protection Act» and «Rules of providing hotel services in the Russian Federation», approves by the Russian Federation Government Decree № 1085 from October 09, 2015 (in edition from 25.04.1997 №490, 02.10.1999 №1104, 15.09.2000 №693)
- Hotel «Evropa» works 24 hours daily. Check out hour is 12:00p.m. local time.
- Early check in from 00:00 hours to 12:00 and later check out from 12:00 to 20:00 is charged at an additional payment.
- A guest with confirmed reservation number has priority right for accommodation. All other guests wait for their turn in the same queue.
- At booking or at free settlement the visitor chooses room category, and the receptionist choose the concrete room number of the given category.
- Checking in at the hotel for citizens of the Russian Federation is arranged upon presentation of Russian passport.
Checking of foreign citizens is arranged according to following documents: passport, visa, migration card (with a stamp of registration on territory of the Russian Federation).
- Accommodation in the hotel is possible only after the prepayment for the first night or for the whole period of guest’s stay. In exceptional cases under this item the administration of the hotel has the right to act at its discretion.
- Payment for accommodation is performed at the hotel daily.
- Payment is made in Russian rubles in cash, by Bank transfer or by Credit Cards of the following payment systems: VISA, Master-Card, Maestro, American Express.
- Information on the prices of rooms and additional services is located in the department of reception.
- After the end of the paid period to guest stay may be extended only upon availability.
- In case of guest’s late payment administration is able to evict him/her.
- The guest is obliged to comply with fire safety regulations and use of electrical appliances in the room. It is prohibited to use heating devices if it is not provided in the hotel room.
- The customer of the hotel is obliged to take care of the property and equipment of the hotel.
- According to Russian Federation legislation the Guest revives in case of loss or damage to property of the hotel, as well as responsible for violations incurred by persons invited by him/her.
- Guests are allowed to visit by their invited persons from 7:00 to 23:00 by local time. At the same time must be submitted in reception identity invitee’s document. In the absence of an identity document, the meeting should take place in the lobby. In case disobeying the rules of staying in hotels these persons may be limited in time or terminated.
- It is strictly prohibited to noise after 22:00.
- Taking out of the restaurant dishes, cutlery, food and beverages without prior approval from an employee of the restaurant is strictly forbidden.
- The guest is obliged to store valuables, jewelry, money and documents in electronic in-room safe (safe is free of charge). For valuables left unattended hotel administration does not bear responsibility.
- Domestic animals placement in hotel is absolutely forbidden.
- The guests are prohibited smoking in the rooms, as well as in the halls and corridors of the hotels, according to the Federal Law № 15 – FZ “On protection of citizens’ health from exposure to environmental tobacco smoke and consequences of tobacco consumption”.
- Hotel “Evropa” provides the following services at no extra charge:
- delivery the received mail to the room;
- wake-up call;
- call the ambulance;
- use of first aid kit;
- iron and ironing board;
- Each room is equipped with set of fresh towels and toiletries.
- Changing of towels and toilet accessories is made daily. Bed-clothes changing is made once in three days.
- The hotel is not bear responsibility for work of urban public services: emergency shutdown of electricity and thermal energy, water supply and quality of their services.
- The hotel administration has the right to visit the room without agreement with the customer in case of smoke, fire, flooding, and in case of violation of the present Order, Public Order and order of use of household appliances.
- The hotel has the right to terminate the contract for the provision of hotel services, or to refuse unilaterally to extend the period of residence in case of violation of the order of the customer stay, delayed payment of hotel services, material damage to the hotel caused by the customer.
- The hotel may refuse to accommodate him/her.
- In cases not covered by this Order, the administration and the customer are guided by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
- When leaving the hotel, guest is obliged to hand in room Hotels service administrator reception, then give the keys to the room and pay for the services noted in the Guest’s account, if the third party is not officially claimed responsibility for the account.
